We are an embroidered apparel shop based in the vibrant and multicultural city of Toronto.

Our sweaters are crafted with love and a passion for creativity.

FAQ

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Processing
All of our sweaters are made to order. Your order will be processed within 2-3 weeks of purchase.

Shipping
When your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. It usually takes between 5-14 business days for our orders to arrive to their destinations after being shipped.

Please keep in mind that these are only estimates and delays are always a possibility. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend ordering early.

Customs
If you are located outside of Canada, your package may get delayed in Customs. Customs is the official department in your country that inspects and approves imported goods before it arrives to your location.

Customs duties or taxes might be applied to your order. We have no control over these fees as they vary from country to country. Due to this, they must be paid by the recipient of the package.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!

While we are able to ship to almost every country through our shipping carriers, there are a few exceptions due to current and ongoing circumstances. These exceptions include Belarus, Libya, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Syria, and Yemen.

We will continue to update this list as we receive more information.

What is your policy on returns, exchanges, and cancellations?

Returns and Exchanges
Due to each item being made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. All orders are final sale.

If you have received a defective item, please send us an email at stitchsideco@gmail.com with photos of the defect within 24 hours of the item being received.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email at stitchsideco@gmail.com with your order details within 24 hours of placing the order. Otherwise, your order will start production and cannot be cancelled.

How can I get featured on your social media?

Wear your Stitchside sweater, post a photo or video, and tag us. We go through all of our tagged photos and videos!
